Teen Pup Club

PUP CLUB TEEN ENRICHMENT PROGRAM At the Boys and Girls Club in Camarillo our school year Teen Enrichment Programs give us the opportunity to work one-on-one with teens from our community, after school at the Boys and Girls Club. We use our therapy dog teams to explore life skill themes such as Trust, Teamwork, Communication and Leadership. Each teen is assigned a therapy dog to handle during the session. The teens are then put in charge of leading a reading session between the dog and a younger student. This is an amazing way to build self- esteem.  (Tuesdays)
